By this contract, in addition to the work covered by the inspection contract, UNEC undertakes the maintenance work recommended in the service manual (excluding the daily check). This includes lubricant changes and replacement of filters as required. As with the inspection contract, the condition of the equipment and any recommended repairs will be reported to the customer.
