Conditions to be included in the Lease Agreement:
- Two named drivers
- Drivers must be over 25years of age, copy of ID required
- Drivers must have a minimum of 2 years driving experience with clean driving history
- Fines are to be borne by lessee. Unless are paid by the lessee these charges will be deducted from the deposit, refunded on termination of agreement
- The lessor shall provide truck replacement within 48hrs in the event that the equipment results inoperative.
- The lessee shall pay the lessor a deposit of Lm1000 which will be refunded on termination of agreement
- The company retains itself harmless in the event that any conditions agreed hereto are breached.
